Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
- No targeted advertising: We show no advertisements of any kind to any user — children or adults.
- Minimal data collection: We collect only the data necessary to provide our service (email address for account creation, usage data for progress tracking).
- No data selling: We never sell, share, or rent any user data — especially children's data — to third parties for commercial purposes.
- Parental consent for under-13 users: We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13 in the United States.
- AI content moderation: All AI-generated content is filtered through safety systems to ensure it is appropriate for children.
- Parent visibility dashboard: Parents can monitor their child's activity, progress, and content through our parent dashboard.
Parental Rights Under COPPA
Parents and guardians of children under 13 have the right to:
- Review the personal information we have collected about their child
- Request deletion of their child's personal information
- Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information
- Consent to our collection and use of their child's information without consenting to its disclosure to third parties

How to Delete a Child's Account
To request deletion of a child's account and all associated data, email coppa@applaa.com with the subject line "COPPA Deletion Request" and include the child's account email address. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
