• No data selling: We never sell, share, or rent any user data — especially children's data — to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Parental consent for under-13 users: We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13 in the United States.
• AI content moderation: All AI-generated content is filtered through safety systems to ensure it is appropriate for children.
• Parent visibility dashboard: Parents can monitor their child's activity, progress, and content through our parent dashboard.

Parental Rights Under COPPA

Parents and guardians of children under 13 have the right to:

• Review the personal information we have collected about their child
• Request deletion of their child's personal information
• Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information
• Consent to our collection and use of their child's information without consenting to its disclosure to third parties

How to Delete a Child's Account

To request deletion of a child's account and all associated data, email coppa@applaa.com with the subject line "COPPA Deletion Request" and include the child's account email address. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
